With 1 week left till school starts, i turn back to look at the summer that has just gone by..
Now summer, was 18 seconds long, or at least, that what it felt like.. I got to travel back this summer to singapore, the country i grew up in, for the first 10 years of my life, and after hearing about the different tortures by the moe, im quite glad that it was just the first 10 years of my life.

I met some family, some of whom i never knew were family. This was more for my parents then me, i remained quiet for most of this duration. Meeting old friends was a true joy bringer.. finally, i was saved from eternal boredom. (rlly, you guyz were the highlight of my time there ;))

Then, after 3 weeks, it was time to say goodbye, and head for japan. Now japan, an intresting country in my point of view, probably the most effecient society, i have ever seen in my life.. (duh asians) I traveled around tokyo and parts of central japan, learning about the culture and society.

Finally after a week of japan, and asians everywhere, i was finally ready to go back "home" to vancouver.
The last endevour i was to undertake in for the summer, was to help out with a christian camp, in nearby okagnaghan, about 5 hours drive from vancouver. It was truly an experience, dealing with problems i never thought i would solved.. i knew i hadnt signed up for what i signed up for. Facing kids with broken families, homes, and lives, was trully an amazing experience. It was truly worth it. The week there flew by, i went back to vancouver, which brings me back to here, pondering about the past summer thats about to end, and finally realize, how much im going to miss those days..
