It stands for Vera the Brilliant Sidekick..

It stands for Vacation Bible School, and is a bi-annual affair, kinda like an outreach programme for kids over a period of three days...
I used to attend it as a kid.. then I got promoted to a helper one year!!!!
It was super fun.. getting bowled over by the kids.. they just love without expecting love back. hahaa. and of course, I get to steal hugs and kisses every now and then.
The one two years back, I was kinda in admin.. it wasn't very fun.. just had to prepare the handicraft for the kids.. so I sneaked off periodically to play with the kids and of course was reprimanded. :(
So this year I wanna do like helper!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
But of course.. all the above is an impossibility because I am going to Canada.
and I'm still in mourning. so goodbye Gilchrist.
