Yet another random thought for the day.
have you ever noticed the warning labels on liquid medicine and prescription drugs?
or the ones on shampoo, soap, and mouth wash?
Harmful if Swallowed, contact poison control if..., bladiabladiabla
I've been thinking, harmful, if, swallowed... why does it have to be swallowed for it to be harmful?
There are other warnings: such as:
-if eye contact is made
-keep away from children
-safety cap
-radioactive
-non microwavable
-objects are closer then they appear...
There are many things that the companies warn us about when we use a certain tool, object, or product.
But are they really covering every single hazard?
Take Listerine for example, simple mouth wash,
the warnings:
-harmful if swallowed
-safety cap
-no children under 12
covering 2 aspects:
1. Have to be of certain age
2. Toxicating if digested
but i think i see a few more then that...
here as they follow:
1. Drowning - its still a liquid after all... fill up the bathtub or a pool with this stuff and see what happens...
2. Eye Contact - if you thought soap was bad, try a little bit of alcohol...
3. Choking hazard - this should be on water too....
4. Dangerous Object - that bottle looks pretty intimadating... you could probably gouge someone's eye out with the open hole...
I mean, if companies really want to keep the public safe by issuing warnings on labels, then do it right!
Gosh, some really absurd people out there XD

I could use a new set of headphones...
More guitars?
Maybe a grand piano...
and the will power to write my books
If only life was a fantasy story...
A weekend away with my extended family perhaps? (You know who you are) (^_^)
