So after flunking my french presentation that o so willingly put in a vast amount of time (lol) in preparing (haha) I wonder... do i look at things in a biased point of view... or not...
I tend to want to explore all points of views, but I some how keep leading an emphasis that my point of view is the correct one.
Wheather it may be a topic of debate, or a general suggestion of course of actions. I more or less hold myself alittle higher then most others when it comes to opinions. But of course, i dont always have a good opinion. I also like to cling onto other people's opinions if i deem it to be worthy. Hey! It's still my opinion that his/her opinion is the worthy one.
Exactly now, back to the point of the matter. Should i try to be more willing to other suggestions... or should stick with my guts and see whats best in my sight.
Well it seems that there is no better way. There is always a downside to everything, nothing's perfect.
The way i look at it, we have many paths in our lives. As i have mentioned in the past, the paths have their own bumbs, uphills, downhills, valleys, and bridges have you what not. So if you are a biased person, your path tends to lead in one direction, a stright line, not to stray from it. You don't let anyone change your mind. The sttuborn ones... conservatives.. And then theres people who are unbiased, or more or less open to new thoughts. They open minded... liberials...
Now let us see how this relates to the real world
Biased:
-conservatives, anti abortion, anti gays, christian values of old, abstenence, etc...
Unbiased:
-liberials, stem cells, same sex marraige, marjiuana legalization, etc...
Just examples mind you, im looking at only politics, not any of those personalities in your little world. So, losing track of the point here, should i be more unbaised?
Perhaps...
Maybe not...
There is no right answer, there is no right way to think
It is all a matter of opinion, and nothing else
